02 Sept- Both Apple and Samsung have infringed on each other's patents, South Korea judges have decided.
So both electronics giants are facing sales bans, reported the Washington Post. Newer devices, such as iPhone 4s and Galaxy s III, are not affected. But older iPhoned, iPads, Galaxy S and Galaxy Tab models cannot be sold there.
Samsung, the judges ruled. had copied how Apple touchscreens behave will scrolling : but Apple had infringed on Samsung's wireless technology patents.
